Application Procedure
Information about the opportunity to seek payment reduction will be sent parents / guardians at the time the nursery.
Standard Form must be used. The child must be resident in Haugesund and have a place in government or municipal
private nurseries in Haugesund to search payment reduction. Families with income under 3.08 G can apply for a payment reduction on economic grounds. The degree of reduction will be set at the family total gross revenue. Parents / guardians are responsible to apply for a payment reduction.
Documented information on the family's total income must accompany the application. The application is processed when
the county has received fully completed application form attached to the documentation on all income. Common
payment rate will be required until any decision about the payment reduction is available.
Application deadlines and decision period
Application deadline is May 31 for children with assigned nursery in the main recording. Decisions about the payment reduction may granted for up to a barnehageår at a time. It must be applied again every year and new evidence must be enclosed application. By the allocation of nursery for the main recording, the payment reduction is granted within the continuous budget framework, with effect from the 1. in the following month after the date of application and the kindergarten year. Basis
